My New Favorite Thing to Do!

Like any other thing that I do, I get so excited and want to share it with the world! :-) My new favorite thing to do is paint pottery. I've been super excited and have now had the opportunity to do it twice, in two very different places. It is so relaxing and you get a great product at the end.

Here's my 1st attempt -- It's a "Watermelon Mixing Bowl." This was in Fairview Heights, IL

My 2nd attempt took place in Cape Girardeau, MO and it is a cupcake cookie jar.

I think they look amazing and I had a great time doing it! Don't be surprised it Christmas presents are made at the pottery place! Although it isn't the cheapest thing to do (shocking I know), it makes me feel great, and like I'm actually creative!
